Unfair investigation
I won a free hosting plan at Zyma for one year. I was contacted by one of Zyma team members when I won the prize and they were very nice to me. Then I requested Zyma to change my domain address from a new one domain address, and they told me it will take less about 24 hours. However it took more than 8 days and they have not replied until the time of writing this review, I have sent them two emails. I decided ro call then and When I did, they said because my account is free, they give it minimum priority whenever my website needs fixing.
If so, then why the hell do Zyma give away free hosting plans and they do not be host with customers from the beginning. I should have been told that my website will get low priority when I was contacted by Zyma team. I tired the online chat for several time, the result was:
1- One of Zyma members told me that there is something wrong with my new domain.
2- Another on said, I need to wait until I get an email when the transfer of the domain is completed.
3- The final one said my domain is under investigation, and they have not provided any information nor even knowledge
Zyma needs to be more professional and honest in what you are doing.
