Virtual machines support password or SSH-key authentication, private and public IP connectivity and flexible resource management. Customers can create private networks and subnets, configure virtual routers and NAT, use security groups, attach floating IP addresses and deploy load balancers. Public and private interfaces can be added or removed as requirements change.
Virtual disks can be attached independently from the server lifecycle and increased when additional capacity becomes necessary. Snapshots provide convenient recovery points and can also be used to create new virtual machines. This gives administrators considerably more flexibility than a fixed VPS where compute and storage remain permanently tied to one instance.
Simplehost is the service closest to conventional web hosting. It provides a managed environment for PHP applications where customers select PHP and database versions and administer website files and databases without maintaining an entire virtual server. Runtime detection covers environments such as Node.js and Ruby, while custom build commands, run commands, environment variables and encrypted values provide additional deployment flexibility. Object Storage adds S3-compatible storage for files, archives, application assets, backups and large datasets. Buckets can be managed through the cloud interface or through the S3 API. Private access is the default, bucket policies provide more detailed permission management, and SSE-S3 encryption is supported. This makes the storage suitable both for ordinary file repositories and for applications already designed around S3-compatible APIs.
Managed Kubernetes extends the platform to containerized applications. TTC manages the Kubernetes control-plane infrastructure while customers configure node pools, machine resources and storage. Standard kubeconfig credentials allow management through normal Kubernetes tools. Monitoring and Grafana integration are available, together with automatic node-pool scaling for workloads that need to respond dynamically to changing demand.
TTC also provides Co-location for customers that prefer to retain ownership of their physical servers. Equipment can be installed inside TTC data-center facilities with redundant network connectivity, protected power, cooling, environmental controls, video surveillance and fire-protection systems. Technical maintenance of customer equipment can also be delegated to TTC personnel when required.
The wider portfolio includes Internet connectivity, IP VPN, dedicated channels, international transit, cybersecurity, Service Desk/ITSM and systems integration. This is particularly useful for corporate customers because cloud infrastructure, colocation, private networking and telecommunications can be combined within the same provider.

Object storage is around ₸40 per GB, and the first public IPv4 address is approximately ₸1,008 per month. Additional public IPv4 addresses connected to the same server carry separate charges.
For Simplehost, the entry configuration Host1 costs approximately ₸5,280.8 per month with 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM. Host2 increases the allocation to 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM for approximately ₸7,985.6 per month, while Host3 provides 2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM for approximately ₸15,971.2 per month.
The App Platform begins at roughly ₸5,280 per month, while the base Managed Kubernetes service is approximately ₸28,000 before the additional resources used by worker nodes and associated infrastructure are taken into account.
The cloud billing interface provides current consumption, invoices, billing history, vouchers and configurable spending reminders. Monthly totals can vary according to actual usage and the number of days in the billing month, making the calculator more useful as an estimate than as a rigid fixed-price quotation.
🏢 Data Center
Infrastructure is one of TTC’s strongest advantages. The company operates an extensive Kazakhstan-based data-center footprint covering Astana, Almaty, Aktau, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Atyrau, Aktobe, Uralsk and Zhezkazgan. The Aktau facility, for example, occupies approximately 1,664 m² on a site exceeding two hectares and forms part of the company’s regional data-center network.
The data centers in Astana and Almaty obtained PCI DSS 4.0.1 compliance verification in 2025, adding an important security credential for organizations processing payment-card data or operating systems subject to stricter compliance requirements.
Connectivity benefits directly from TTC’s national telecommunications infrastructure. By 2024 the company operated more than 24,000 km of fiber-optic backbone, complemented by BGP routing, international transit and connectivity toward neighboring markets. TTC also operates its own Looking Glass for route inspection, BGP analysis, ping, traceroute and WHOIS diagnostics.
