Tiscali was founded in January 1998 after the liberalization of the Italian telecommunication market. This helped them launch the very first online service available for Italy and the Western European market in 1999.

Customer service can be reach out on phone or e-mail. There is no live chat available here which could be a downside when encountering a serious issue with server management. More than that, DIY customers might feel the need to have a look at their knowledgebase or FAQ section, but these are not available on their website at this point.
