😠 Malísima experiencia
Fatal, tengo otras páginas de clientes en distintos alojamientos.El trato es muy malo , he arruinado mi página aún diciendo que estaba protegido antivirus, pues dicen que me apañe yo, empezó a enviar correos malware desde mi correo personal de globo- visión y recién pagado el hosting y dominio, la web está bloqueada. Toda la relación con ellos desagradable no están preparados para el mercado actual. No se si puedo recuperar mis archivos porque no tengo ni acceso .

😠 I'm into websites since 15 years, I've been customer of many different hosting companies and I can tell you that ARUBA is the worst. I pay for a hosting with domain about 3 years ago, now I transfered the domain somewhere else but they were supposed to keep my data in the hosting. NO! They delete all of my files hosted in their servers JUST AFTER 2 DAYS MY DOMAIN WAS TRANSFERED.
When you transfer a domain name somewhere else, the company always keep the hosting with all of your files since you've paid for it, BUT THEY DIDN'T! And they reply me saying that there is no way to retrive anything anymore.

Customer service is non-existent and when there is it's bad.
Don't forget their documentation KB very old.
I use it only for basic services for customers that want use an "Italian" company (the alternative are worst and expensive)
For the most demanding services go elsewhere - it pains me to admit it because it might be a good company Italian and foreign.
Remote DB admin is unknown for they, dbo, alternative db and so on... are hell.
Good for @pec (email with strong sign/certification).
I do not think the bosses have the awareness of what is happening as through the ticket is completely hidden and silent!
Normally you open a ticket and after 4/5 days You must put in place alone some workarounds without support.
It's just a my opinion based on over 7 years of collaboration.

😠 The worst customer service ever.
I've worked with a number of different webhosts and Aruba.it is by far the worst host ever. Their control panel is a mess, totally cluttered and everything opens in a new window so you have to login more than once.
Their customer service is even worse. If you send them a ticket they don't like, they just delete it without responding. And you need to fill out paper forms for each change in administrative data. The webhost from the Middle Ages.

😃 I use Aruba services since 1998. I have to say that, after an initial time of problems and troubleshooting, everything went pretty smooth. In the latest years, every time I want to have a web site up and working in a couple of days, I use Aruba and everything works just fine. Low (average) prices, unlimites web space, Frontpage support, nuke case (not really good, but, hey... it's there!), SQL Server / MySQL solutions... GigaMail... PEC... you've got everything you need. Excellent speed (D/L is about 500 KB/sec from their servers with an optical fiber connection). Ticket system that always solved problems.
I definitely suggest it to everyone who wants to have a very fast and reliable presence over the web.

after a month they closed the accounts and after that asked me for a verification and i sent my passport to them and it takes 3 days from them to reactivate the account
and the support answers you in 48 hour so its enough to go mad !!
