😉 Hi I used their basic service/not proffesional and loved them - I know during the last 8 months there has been some trouble with service. I was able reach Donna 1 time and they fixed the problem that same day. I realize that things happen that make ppl make changes I just wished they would have notified us in time we could have saved our sites to disk. I lost a lot of hard work ; in items I offered to the web users for free and also memorial sites I had made for several ppl. Oh well I have learned I will save all to disc if I start up another site! I do want to thank Donna for the good years, they out weigh the bad. Good luck Donna on your future ventures! love Pat

😠 I used to think very highly of them but over the last 8 months or so the service has gone down hill. NO email address that is viable or that is being responded to, no response to phone messages left, down time... been down now for weeks with NO notice or explaination from them and I cannot get my things off of them thru FTP cause it is down too. No Cpanel and other add ons and charging way more than other hosts. I have moved on.

😠 This hosting company has gone from good, to bad, bad, bad, worse!
I have been with them since 2005 and in the 6 to 8 months have heard nothing from them...repeated emails, server downtimes with no contact to let us know has made me realise that they are not worth hanging around for....Ive moved on!
