😠 The support is extremely slow. They store passwords in plaintext. They give you incorrect information. What more could you ask for? The service is decent, if sorely outdated. If you just need basic hosting with CPanel, this might work, but don't depend on support for anything. They'll take forever, ask the same clarifying questions over and over, and then return with an answer that doesn't work or is based on faulty information. Avoid them.
