😠 Zéro ! Panne totale, aucune information. Lenteur, service client inexistant, mails d'excuses pré enregistrés, nous sommes désoles, nos équipes, bla bla..

😠 J'avais déjà un certains nombres de grief contre oxito. Lenteur, interface pas terrible, sav très limite, coupures de mails pendant parfois 3 jours...
Mais là, tout est indisponible depuis bientôt un moi.
Donc, quasiment plus de commandes.
Plus d'accès aux sites, plus d'accès à l interface d'administration, plus d'accès aux mails. Et comme nous avions nos noms de domaine chez eux, pas possible de le rediriger vers d'autres autres hébergement.
Nous attendons l'accès à l administration pour nous tirer de là.
Mais là, tout est indisponible depuis bientôt un moi.

😠 Since the migration in 2019, the emails on Oxito via Net4All don’t work well, we need to send them two sometimes five times, because the outgoing servers are not recognised. Weekly, my website appears to be offline or unresponsive, sometimes tens of minutes, sometimes for hours.
Currently (and since 20 May 2021 — over 5 days now, as today is 25 May 2021), my websites as well as the emails don’t work at all, because of another migration, which went wrong. The Oxito team is not reachable at all, they set up a generic home page with updates every two days about ‘the major incident’ and a text mentioning that they are solving the problem.
Do not use them if you have a business, or/and online sales, and need an email working on a daily basis. They are not reliable, have weekly malfunctions, and the Oxito support team usually reply to the emails within 36-48h, with generic answers without solving the problem.

Régler par Carte bleu devient du délire. C'était si simple depuis 2001 où j'ai commencé à honorer les factures de mon domaine... chez OXITO. Et jamais je n'ai manqué à cette fidélité de règlement.
Faut-il que je vous règle par chèque? Si tel est le cas, merci de me donner votre adresse Postale exacte où vous l'envoyer.
Et, je vous prie de bien vouloir de ne pas rompre la continuité de mon nom de domaine et de son hébergement. Car, là, à cause de cette lacune de fonctionnement inhabituelle, je risque de vous régler un peu en retard… Je vous remercie de bien vouloir en tenir compte s’il vous plaît.

😠 Plus de 15 ans chez eux plutôt satisfait mais depuis décembre 2019 ou ils ont changé leur serveur c'est maintenant la vari cata depuis 2 mois, je pense changer s'ils ne trouvent toujours pas de solution car la vie de mon entreprise est en jeu...

😠 L'hébergeur le plus pourri de tous les temps!! Evitez !! Fuyez !! En plus d'avoir un très mauvais service clients, leurs serveurs ont sans arrêta des problèmes et des pannes. Aucune excuses à chaque problèmes. Ils prennent leurs clients pour de vraies merdes.
