😠 Be careful what you sign.
Opsource contracts are onerous and contain many provisions which may put your company at great financial risk. They ruthlessly enforce their contract language. They are not business partners, it is a very unforgiving relationship. DO NOT SIGN A STANDARD contract with Opsource, they will own your soul for many years and they will take it from you if they can. Ruthless and callous. Make sure you have a lawyer review the contract, especially the termination and evergreen clauses. Caveat Emptor!
