😠 MOZY SUX
they charge your credit card and yet don't give you any thing in return. you can't talk to anyone unless you give them over 50 bux a year

😞 Terrible. Mozy claims I succesfully back up data at 100%. Weeks later I cant download the data because its incomplete. They lose my files constantly. If you do a system restore for your computer, you will lose every one of your files backed up on Mozy when you re-install mozy.

Costomer service is terrible. Wont answer emails or problem tickets.

😠 Mozy's remote backup of data is a scam. I paid them to back up my hard drive, and after ten months my hard drive died, and they didn't have a single file for me. They claimed I had never backed anything up.
