😠 Absolute incompetent morons.
Domain was flagged with spamhaus, resell.biz emailed me telling me so at 9am, and that if nothing was done in 24 hours they would disable my domain. Makes sense. Wouldn't want domains sending out spam.
I got spamhaus to remove the domain from their dbl - they stated that their automated filters accidentally caught it - domain was removed from spamhaus dbl by 3pm that same day.
The next day, Resell.biz morons still took my domain offline... even though it wasn't in the dbl.
DO NOT use these imbeciles as a registrar or as a hosting provider if you value your business.

😠 we ware with them for a long time and we were happy with their support but in the last few years when they outsource their entire support team (probably some south Asian), they even don't know how to talk, how to solve a simple problem. westing time (their live chat just a nightmare). Just simply avoid them if you want to save your valuable time and money.

😠 My domain was registered with resell.biz for almost 2 years. One day i woke up and realize it was gone, and transferred to a different registrator without my knowledge. Spent 2 month fighting to get my domain back, was actually promised by their support that i will get it back, however they need a certain liability letter from me to start recovery process. After they got my letter, in a very rude way was told by their managment to stop bothering them, and that they will not help me any longer in recovery of my domain.
If your domain really means something to you, i suggest you, not to do business with this people, find someone more reliable and responsible instead, or one day you can wake up and your domain could be gone. From my personal experience they dont give a s..t about their customers!

😠 Resell.biz hosting reseller review
For a real reseller, or for simple reseller, their in-house reseller control panel (instead of whm) is the worst I have ever seen. Their API is poorly coded, lacking proper authentication abilities, and many functions simply do not work because of this. I have seen them give the reason for this trying to provide more functionality for resellers, but the truth is they took away all the functionality of whm. Resellers have no control over the look or features of cpanel for their customers. Branding is one the worst I have seen, the API is the only hope to get around that but it works poorly. It feels like resell.biz is hosting reseller that is trying hard to hide that, by distroying their resellers ability to properly brand the product. Their control panel reeks of parinoia.

😠 Do not waste your time. This company sucks as much as everyone else says it does. I originally registered my domain through stargate.net, but they got bought out by resell.biz. And things have taken a horrible, horrible turn for the worse. I am still trying to figure out a way to contact them besides email which doesn't get a reply. I am seriously considering flying down to their corporate headquarters with a baseball bat.

😠 Do not bother doing business with resell.biz. I had been a long-time customer with the company by various other names - stargate.net, uk2.net, us2.net, midphase.com, etc. But I'm fed up with their service. As mentioned in other reviews, the control panel does not work and resets your password too often. Password reset emails are not delivered and you are locked out of your account. No phone support and slow email support. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company like GoDaddy instead. I give resell.biz zero out of 100 stars.

😠 I have had various domains with a company resell.biz/UK2 bought a few years back and since resell.biz has had them I have been very frustrated getting in to my control panel. They expire your password "for security" within weeks. A customer service person told me that I have to log in every few weeks to keep it active! I need it once or twice a year!!! That, um, inhales sharply! So I have to contact the help desk and wait for them to reset my password EVERY time I need to access my control panel. That is not working for me. Today I went in and, even though it has been less than two weeks since my last access, my user name and password has already been suspended. And forget trying the "forgot my password" option. That has NEVER worked. It ALWAYS says that my user name is invalid. Anybody know of a domain registrar that works FOR me rather than against me?

😃 i'm a reseller from resell.biz since 2 years now and the domain registration service works well and the control panel is easy to use... Also, a reseller account cost 0$, and the price are attractive.

😠 DOn't even try this guys, the customer service sucks. I renewed a domain name with them and pay by paypal, somehow they lost the money and they haven't renewed my domain, in the meantime I'm loosing important emails and nobody from customer support has contacted me about this inspite several emails that I have sent them with the receipts and explanations.
