OnlyDomains Bought by CentralNic Ltd. for AUS$33 Million - CentralNic Ltd., a web hosting company recently announced the purchase of domain OnlyDomains, a domain registrar. They paid AUS$33 million or $24 million US for the acquisition.
CentralNic is located in Moorgate, London, UK and provides a number of domain services including SLDs, ccTLDs and a new batch of TLDs including .xyz, .online and .site. They also offer a range of hosting services and the company is traded on the London Stock Exchange.
This marks the second domain registrar CentralNic has acquired. They also bought Internet.bs for $7.5 million in 2014.
