😠 Terrible experience with hosting services.
I am not the kind of person who usually write review ... but this time it's critical !
One of my website has been "suspended" I didn't get any warning or notification from internetbs ! I discovered it because my client told me the website is down with an huge "ACCOUNT SUSPENDED" message on the home page.
at first I thought, ok no problem let's contact the live support.
It's great to have live support, but after being patient for 2 days and talked with 5 different person (+1 email sent without any answer) NOBODY could tell me WHY my hosting was suspended, they didn't tell me the reason why, and why I didn't get any notifications or warning. "someone will contact you soon, level 2 support will contact you shortly today" ahah...seriously...I am still waiting for it
This is critical situation ...
I mean, sometimes bug or down time can happen but if you are account is suspended without warning even telling you why ? and don't get answer
Believe this is terrible experience. Can't even connect to FTP or CPANEL
Everything is blocked suddenly and you don't know why ?! and nobody can tell you
