Indonesian connectivity reaches local network and exchange ecosystems including IIX, OpenIXP/NICE, CDIX, JKT-IX and CloudXchange. International connectivity includes NTT, Telia, Cogent, Hurricane Electric and Tata Communications. Critical incidents have an initial response target of one hour and a four-hour resolution target. High-priority issues have a four-hour response target and a 24-hour resolution target. Medium-priority cases have eight-hour and 48-hour targets respectively, while Low-priority requests have a 24-hour response target and a 72-hour resolution target.

These resolution periods are service targets rather than absolute guarantees, but they provide customers with a clearer escalation structure than an undefined 24/7 support commitment.

Automated monitoring operates continuously, and customers can use the network-status system for operational information. Monthly uptime reports can also be requested.

Migration assistance is another useful feature of the shared-hosting service. Existing cPanel accounts can be migrated without charge, and a free primary-domain change is also available.
