😠 Customer service/tech support is mediocre at best. My main complaint with them right now is that they cannot or will not provide valid EPP Keys to transfer several domain names. I've tried transferring domains currently held through eHostPros to GoDaddy, HostingXchange, and Network Solutions, ALL were rejected by those organizations. I'm so frustrated with them I can't stand it. I now use HostingXchange.com and have never had a single problem. Avoid eHostPros like the plague!

😠 I used eHostPros for 2-3 years. Their customer service is one of the worst. You usually need to submit a ticket and it takes them usually more than 24 hours to get back to you. Your site will be down frequently. You must check your site manually on a daily basis and multiple times a day. Because if it doesn't come up, they wont fix the problem unless you contact them and be on hold for several minutes to an hour. They do offer a live chat support, but in case of tech support you will be on hold for up to 1 hour, and that IF they get back to you. They will automatically charge your credit card at the end of your billing cycle even without your authorization and if you contact them few days later asking for refund, they will never refund it back to you. I had to file a CHARGE BACK on my card with the bank and report my card stolen to get my money back. One of the worst. Never use them.

😉 Don't use! I have five sites hosted with them and they locked me out of all of them because of a dispute with one. I paid them and they kept telling me I didn't, even after I sent them a copy of the receipt! I put a lot of time and effort building domain name recognition and now because of them I've lost the names because they will not allow me to transfer them. I'm locked out completely.
