😁 We have been with CrocWeb for over 5 years now, and will continue to use their services. Anyone can plug in a server but support is what makes a company great.
Their ticket response time is the best I have seen, often under 10 minutes.
They recently made some changes, including a change to their backup access. Previously it would take 20+ minutes to restore 1 file. Today, I needed to access some backed up files. It took about a minute. Quite an improvement and they don't charge extra for this.

😠 Support is questionable at best. I have several open tickets with them that they repeatedly change to answered status even though they have not answered it.
When I reply stating that the status was changed (which reopens the ticket) they again change it to answered without actually answering it.
They then suspend my account for ticket spam as the reason.
If I was not in a contract with them, I would leave them immediately. Look elsewhere.

I have been with then for over 2 years after having major meltdowns on previous hosting companies. Up time is great, tech support turnaround is really fast. I give these guys the MAX stars allowed :)

😁 After floating around searching for a host for my clients I settled on CrocWeb. I tested for a while then felt comfortable enough to bring the bulk of my clients over.
Pricing is reasonable, servers are excellent and support is stellar.
Today I opened a support ticket at 11:25am my time. They had the issue fixed at 11:27. WOW!
Turns out an automatically updated script was acting up.
I tend to stay with a vendor until they mess up, then I move on. I have been here over 5 years, and expect them to continue to be my main server vendor for some time.
Pricing is reasonable, servers are excellent and support is stellar.
