Their ticket response time is the best I have seen, often under 10 minutes.
They recently made some changes, including a change to their backup access. Previously it would take 20+ minutes to restore 1 file. Today, I needed to access some backed up files. It took about a minute. Quite an improvement and they don't charge extra for this.

Today I opened a support ticket at 11:25am my time. They had the issue fixed at 11:27. WOW!
Turns out an automatically updated script was acting up.
I tend to stay with a vendor until they mess up, then I move on. I have been here over 5 years, and expect them to continue to be my main server vendor for some time.
Pricing is reasonable, servers are excellent and support is stellar.
