I find Byohosting to be very average at best. While their support can be excellent at times at others it's very poor. Their servers are a bit on the slow side and the grouped cpanel can be a bit cumbersome to someone with very little experience with it. Like my business partner who isn't much of a techie.

😠 Signed up a year ago, an service went fairly well. Blacklisted a couple of times, but they seemed to keep off the lists. Then when I went to renew, I was a few days late. I paid the late fee and got the renewal invoice. A week later the account was suspended. I didn't get a response from tech ever. I finally went through the resolution process on PayPal and got a response. I was forced to find another service provider since email is vital to my business. I tried to get my sister on it, and she signed up but forgot her password. Tried to get support to reset it but never got a response. She finally had to charge back the fee.
Price is excellent, but if anything ever goes wrong you are in trouble. Zero customer support. Uptime seems to be pretty good.
