😠 You get what you pay for...
Extrem günstiges Hosting, solange kein Support benötigt. Support ist meist kostenpflichtig. Veraltete PHP Versionen, nicht ideal für CMS Systeme. Bei kommerziellen Fragen gibt es keine Antwort.
Werde ich nicht wieder wählen.

😠 They lost all my data and do not even admit it!
About 9 months ago, the server D5, where my website was hosted disappeared from one day to the other. Initially, I thought it would be back online a few hours later... or days. I was wrong. After a few weeks, I asked their support (using the contact form on the website, because, no, you don't get any additional contact data as a customer) what happened. They didn't respond. I retried a few weeks later - nothing.
So, I sent them a registered letter, gently referencing my unanswered contact attempts. This time I got a bearish response via e-mail quite quickly. They claimed that D5 was shut down on schedule (1), that all customers had been moved to D10 (2), that I had been notified on time (3) and that D5 has been redirecting to D10 until the end of the year, such that the customers get used to it (4).
Now I was surprised. Did they tell the truth? I had to find out.
As a computer scientist, I know that e-mail does not "just get lost", so I checked my inbox, the postmaster's inbox and

😠 Absolut untauglicher Support
Bin seit ein paar Jahren bei bighosting Kunde. Solange kein Support benötigt wird, also z.B. keine Änderungen an den Server-Einstellungen vorgenommen werden müssen oder keine Störungen vorliegen, stimmt der Preis. Sobald etwas geändert werden muss, kann das der Kunde nicht selbst machen und ist auf kostenpflichtigen Support angewiesen. Dieser reagiert z.T. erst nach über einer Woche oder gar nicht. Sogar bei Ausfällen von Websites. Ausfallrate (nicht-Verfügbarkeit) 2018 im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren extrem hoch.

😠 very cheap but awful service
First I have been sent wrong configuration data.
Then the support was completely lacking.
Finally they introduced their own logo into my web site.
At that point I changed web hosting company.
It is better to pay more but to get a decent hosting service.

😠 by far the worst service!!
Cheap but absolutely not worth it !
Within 2 years, our office stayed several times for many hours without email services. No information why and how long the interruption would last.
Absolutely NO chance to get in touch with them by telephone/Skype. Sometimes they answer per chat/email.
We decided to move the web hosting from them and even then they manager to make an error with the dns/a record (by the way, you don't have access to anything, you'd need to pay for every changes you request).
If you don't mind about service reliability and customer service ok but they are today many cheap providers with a real customer support.

😠 I recommend not to use Bighosting!
In the beginning the service was ok, until in aughtum 2010 I realised that my website was hacked - there was just a text line. When I googeled the text I found some other websites (all hosted by bighosting) to have the same problem.
I contacted the support and he responded very inpolite, that he knew about the problem, that he was working on it and I should read the server status before I contact the support. The server status page said that there was a problem and that they were working on it. It took about a week until my website was working again.
Since about a week I have another problem: the FTP Server does not to work anymore. Contacted the support 2 times, but did not get any response... The server status page sais: "server update: An error occured. We are already working on a solution, so please do not inform us anymore".

😠 I agree with the other writers. This company is a fraud. I have ordered the unlimited (!) plan. After 20 days they have suspended my account in case of too much traffic. I have prepaid one year and they did not return my money. They did not answer on any mails. They simply collect prepayment and then suspend your account. This company is a fraud - do not use it.

Im Angebot ist keine Rede von der Beschränkung auf 100 MB für ein E-Mail Konto wie ich von admin im MSN Chat und erst nach Zahlung erfahren musste.
Unlimited? Pustekuchen!
Aufgrunddessen Storno nach drei Tagen (von bestellten 5 Jahren) - Zugang wurde auch sofort gesperrt.
Die vorausbezahlten 80 Euro (für 5 Jahre) habe ich allerdings bis heute nicht zurückerhalten.
Nicht nur die Haftung dieser Firma ist äußerst beschränkt. Mit der Schweiz geht es bergab. Finger weg!

😁 sehr gutes hosting, kann es nur empfehlen, super preis leistungsverhältnis, bin schon über 3 jahre bei bighosting. was der feige franz von sich gibt sind billige sprüche, eine gmbh wird kaum von schuljungen betrieben.

😠 Ich kann es nicht genug betonen: Finger weg von diesen Amatueren! Der Preis sieht anfänglich schon gut aus, aber es is eine Mogelpackung. Versteckte Kosten, die anfänglich nicht ersichtlich sind. Service: Absolut das letzte. Unanständige Antworten auf Anfragen. Da sind keine Profis am Werk. Sieht eher so wie eine Hinterhof-Firma aus, die von Schuljungen betrieben wird, die sich damit ein Sackgeld verdienen.
