My Axspace C-Panel has been inaccessible for the past two days!
What more need I say. My sites plain won't open on the web. I paid my fees just a few days ago and zero service AND NO NOTIFICATIONS OF SERVICE BEING DOWN...NOTHING AT ALL!

OK for basic website needs but I am trying to transfer some perl scripts across from my existing ISP to axspace. However the code isnt working. The error logs are not so helpful. The support system seem flawed. For example the other day I received 40 messages from their system.
The response has been slow but I put that down to easter holiday.
For advanced user requirements I have yet to be convinced that their environement can provide support. I have a week left of my 30 day money back guarantee. If I dont hear something from their technical support I may be forced to cancel my account.
In short - good for basic web pages, unconvinced they can support PERL coded web engines..

They are great for starter people, they support is excellent and really helpful,
