😠 The many criticisms you will see about this company are all true. The worst part is that the same person appears to offer hosting using several different company names. The customer service is the same. It reminds me of the poem, "The Spider and the Fly." "Come into my parlor said the spider to the fly..." Anyway, the company looks legit and you will get proper attention as a presales potential client. Once you sign up it is a different matter. There is a very large list of terms of service that you must comply with, and you will be threatened with legal action if you do not follow all of the terms when closing your account. You will be required to pay at least one extra month of hosting after you leave according to the terms. There are so many reputable hosting companies out there, I would not waste time with this company or the other companies run by the same person, such as Christian Hosting Solutions, Alpha1hosting.com, Hosting Solutions, Vegas Hosting, etc.

😠 Terrible companey, who look for any excuse not to provide tech support, However, will find fraudulent reasons for fees to bill.
Has no value for clients rights along with rude insulting deamenor. When someone tells a client shut up in their e-mails, and uses the word dammit in the e-mails. You no you need to stay away.

😠 Borderline Scam
Not only do they have more downtime than most, for which they always whine and blame someone else, when you try to cancel you will discover that if you haven't followed their tedious and fine print process to the letter, you will be forced to pay another year or two of fees, just to be allowed to cancel. And this will be enforced by threats from lawyers (they seem to keep them on retainer, ready to jump at a moment's notice) and collection agencies. I'm talking like within a week of trying to cancel, the threats start rolling in.
And forget about taking your 'free' domain with you. They blatantly disregard ICANN and also use abusive and insulting language in the process. It's truly disgusting and I can't believe these rude scam-artists are still in business. I'm sure in part because they keep changing their name - anywherehost is just the latest. See http://anywherehostsucks.blogspot.com/ It's all true - I experienced this and know others who did too.
