*📜 Plan description
Combine-and-manage package that covers all items shown on the Managed Services page under one engagement. Scope includes: Managed Backup to preserve critical data with metered or unmetered options and quick restore; Managed Storage to design and operate customized storage aligned to your capacity and performance targets while minimizing CapEx/OpEx; Managed OS with fixed pricing for standard operating system tasks so you can offload provisioning, configuration, monitoring and routine maintenance; and Managed Datacenter Migration to plan and execute a seamless relocation of workloads into a Webzilla facility. The service is designed to free in-house IT from day-to-day hosting operations, letting you choose a unique mix of options tailored to your current hosting plan, while Webzilla’s expert team acts as an extension of your department and keeps the trusted infrastructure running 24/7/365.
Support and SLA notes: 24/7/365 access to trained experts via email and live chat. Stated service availability target is 99.99% with credit back on shortfalls per SLA tiers; response is on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis, and additional support outside standard scope is available at current rates. Limitations and other legal terms apply as documented by Webzilla.

📄 Editorial Review
Webzilla is an international enterprise hosting and infrastructure provider established in 2005. Its business is focused much more on dedicated infrastructure, colocation, managed operations, connectivity and content delivery than on conventional low-cost Shared Hosting. The company has built a long operating history serving businesses with demanding requirements for bandwidth, geographic distribution, uptime and customized hardware. The company was founded by Aleksej Gubarev, with Konstantin Bezruchenko also involved in its early development as co-founder and CTO. Webzilla later became part of XBT Holding, an international infrastructure group that expanded through acquisitions and the development of hosting operations in Europe, North America and Asia.
The corporate structure includes Webzilla B.V. in the Netherlands, Webzilla Limited in Cyprus and Webzilla Inc. in the United States. Webzilla B.V. operates from Amsterdam and remains associated with XBT Holding. This multi-entity organization reflects the international character of the business and its infrastructure footprint.
An important stage in the company's expansion came in 2012, when XBT/Webzilla acquired Luxembourg hosting and colocation provider Server.lu (server.lu). The same year, the group acquired Singapore hosting company 8 to Infinity (8.to), strengthening its Asian presence. Further expansion followed in North America, including the acquisition of ColocateUSA.
The wider XBT organization reached considerable scale over the following years, operating tens of thousands of servers and maintaining infrastructure on several continents. Webzilla became one of the better-known brands inside this infrastructure group.
The main hosting portfolio centers on Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Managed Services and CDN, while the broader infrastructure framework also includes Cloud Servers, Cloud Storage, IP Connectivity, DDoS Protection, Equipment Rental and Software License Rental.
Dedicated Servers are intended for customers who need customized hardware rather than standardized entry-level hosting packages. Servers can be configured around CPU, memory, storage, network and geographic requirements and can be operated as either managed or unmanaged infrastructure. Typical workloads include high-traffic websites, SaaS platforms, e-commerce, media delivery, streaming, development environments and other applications requiring dedicated resources.
The dedicated-server approach is particularly suitable for companies that need specific hardware or network characteristics. Webzilla is therefore closer to an infrastructure provider and systems partner than a mass-market hosting company selling a few predefined server configurations.
Colocation ranges from individual server deployments and shared rack space to complete racks, cages and dedicated suites. Customers retain ownership of their equipment while using professional data-center power, connectivity, security and redundancy. Colocation capacity is available across several locations in North America, Europe and Asia.
Managed Services cover Managed Backup, Managed Storage, Managed OS and Managed Data Center Migration. These services allow companies to keep Webzilla infrastructure while transferring part of the operational responsibility to the provider.
Managed Backup supports backup and restoration requirements, while Managed Storage provides storage resources adapted to workload and capacity needs. Managed OS reduces the amount of operating-system administration that must be handled internally, and Managed Data Center Migration assists with moving infrastructure between facilities.
Managed customers can also use the Peace of Mind Backup cloud backup service. The first 30 days are free under the applicable service conditions. Backup services are useful as an additional protection layer, although customers should still maintain independent copies of business-critical data rather than depending entirely on provider-side restoration copies.
The CDN operates across Webzilla's international network and uses geographically distributed points of presence to move cached content closer to end users. It is suited to high-volume websites, media delivery, downloads, streaming and other applications where geographic distribution and bandwidth capacity are important.
The CDN includes access to a 1.3 Tbps private IP backbone, geographically distributed PoPs across three continents, regional request reporting, bandwidth statistics, near-real-time monitoring and a dedicated management interface. Infrastructure includes enterprise networking equipment from Dell (dell.com) and Juniper (juniper.net).
Cloud Servers and Cloud Storage form part of the broader infrastructure portfolio. Internal traffic between Cloud Storage and Dedicated Servers or Cloud Servers located within the same data center is not treated as normal billable external traffic. Cloud Storage traffic between the Dallas and Amsterdam locations also benefits from special internal traffic treatment.
IP Connectivity can be supplied using committed data-transfer packages or committed bandwidth. Bandwidth can use flat-rate or measured billing, with 95th percentile measurement available for customers whose traffic patterns require more flexible usage.
Standard customer connectivity is based around Gigabit Ethernet, while other interfaces can be arranged for higher-capacity deployments. Traffic statistics are measured regularly and can be viewed through daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
IPv4 addresses are allocated for customer use rather than transferred as customer property. Additional addresses can be requested when technically justified.
Webzilla is consequently not aimed at customers searching primarily for inexpensive Shared Hosting, domain registration, Website Builder packages or entry-level reseller accounts. Its real strength lies in custom dedicated infrastructure, colocation, managed hosting, network connectivity, cloud resources and international deployment.
The company operates mainly in English, including its customer-facing communication and technical support environment. Billing is commonly handled in EUR and USD, with other arrangements possible when defined in an individual service agreement.
