📄 Editorial Review

VodaHost is a long-established web hosting provider with roots going back to 2004. The business operates through VodaHost PTE LTD in Singapore and maintains additional contact points in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Its hosting portfolio follows a traditional model built around cPanel shared hosting, reseller accounts, domains, website-building tools, SSL certificates, privacy options, and configurable dedicated servers.

The main shared hosting service is an all-in-one cPanel package with unlimited disk space, monthly data transfer, websites, domains, FTP accounts, email accounts, and MySQL databases. PHP, Perl, CGI, cron jobs, phpMyAdmin, SpamAssassin, webmail, AWStats, shopping-cart support, WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal are also available. Multiple domains can be hosted within a single account and managed through one cPanel interface.

The unlimited-resource model is intended for normal website hosting rather than general file storage. Shared accounts cannot be used primarily as download repositories or online storage platforms, and resource-heavy multimedia usage is subject to restrictions. This makes the service better suited to conventional business sites, personal websites, blogs, CMS installations, and smaller e-commerce projects.

Website creation has historically been an important part of VodaHost's service. BlueVoda Website Builder is available free of charge and works together with a VodaHost hosting account for publishing. Soholaunch is another option for database-driven and e-commerce websites. A separate Mobile Website Builder includes click-to-call functionality, mobile commerce, forms, appointment and reservation management, QR codes, social integration, and layouts designed for different mobile devices. A 30-day trial is available before paid billing begins.

The reseller hosting platform is more flexible than the standard shared service. It is white-label and uses WHM for administration, while each reseller customer can receive an individual cPanel account. Private nameservers, unlimited websites, email accounts, databases, FTP accounts, a domain reseller account, and telephone support are included. Resellers remain responsible for providing support directly to their own end customers.

Dedicated servers are available through the VodaHost Technologies LTD division and can be configured as managed or self-managed systems. Linux and Windows configurations are available, together with SSD storage, cPanel, root access, and bandwidth options reaching 100 Mbps. Dedicated systems are individually configured and priced according to customer requirements.

Additional services include domain registration and transfer, Rapid SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, Domain ID Protect, and Transaction Guard privacy-policy and privacy-seal services. Domain ID Protect conceals registrant contact information and costs $9.95 per year, although it cannot be applied to .US domains.

VodaHost retains a distinctly traditional hosting environment. Technologies and tools such as Microsoft FrontPage Extensions, Fantastico, SquirrelMail, and separate mobile-site builders remain part of parts of the service information. Customers planning newer PHP applications or modern CMS deployments should therefore confirm the currently available PHP, database, and application versions before moving production workloads.

The website and service interface are primarily in English, with hosting prices generally expressed in US dollars.
