Suleitec Webhosting is an owner-operated German hosting provider run by Ulrike Wintergalen, with a history dating back to 2000. The company focuses on Linux web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, fully managed physical servers, website creation, and ongoing website maintenance. Its approach is more personal than that of large international hosting groups, with direct telephone and email support and a product range aimed mainly at German-speaking private users, developers, agencies, and small to medium-sized businesses.

The shared hosting range includes Start, Aktiv, and Aktiv Pro. Start is suitable for simple websites and email use, with 5 GB of storage, an included domain, mailboxes, subdomains, traffic statistics, Webmail, spam and virus filtering, and daily backups. Aktiv increases storage to 50 GB and introduces PHP, MySQL databases, phpMyAdmin, and an application installation tool for dynamic websites. Aktiv Pro expands storage to 100 GB and provides higher database limits together with additional SSL-management functionality.

More demanding websites can use the Speed Up V2, Speed Business, and Speed Business Pro packages. These plans use 100% SSD storage and provide 200 GB, 300 GB, and 400 GB respectively. Unlimited traffic, larger account limits, MySQL databases, direct backup access, and more advanced administration functions make them better suited to commercial websites and resource-intensive PHP applications. SSH access and Cronjobs are also available within this higher hosting class.

Daily backups are included with the hosting accounts, while higher-level plans give customers direct access to backup functions. Additional storage and backup capacity can be added through the Space & Safety Plus option. Hosting customers also have access to WebFTP, Webmail, MySQL administration, DNS and DDNS functions, SSL management, and tools for installing common web applications.

Dedicated hosting is available through Managed Server packages. These are physical servers in individual server chassis rather than virtual servers, with Suleitec handling hardware maintenance, operating-system administration, service monitoring, and routine server operation. This makes the service well suited to businesses that need dedicated resources but do not want to administer a Linux server themselves.

Managed Server configurations begin with MServer S V2, offering 32 GB RAM and mirrored 1 TB storage. Larger M, L, and XL configurations increase memory and RAID storage, reaching up to 128 GB RAM. The larger systems are designed for customers hosting many separate websites or accounts, and individually configured servers can also be arranged.

Domain registration is available separately or together with hosting. At least one domain is included with the hosting plans depending on the selected package and domain extension. Common extensions include .de, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, and .eu, with many additional national and generic extensions available.

SSL management is integrated into the more capable hosting plans. Customers can install externally obtained certificates or use automatically renewed free certificates from Let's Encrypt. Suleitec can also handle certificate setup manually when required.

The company also provides website creation, logo design, newsletters, print design, and ongoing website maintenance. Website-maintenance packages can include WordPress and plugin updates, technical checks, content changes, and general assistance. New website projects can also be financed through installment payments, which can make larger development projects easier to budget.

The website is available in German only; no multi-language/localized version exists. Services are priced in EUR, with German VAT normally included in consumer-facing prices.
