😠 Nachdem ich die Bestellung abgegeben habe, war eine Verifizierung nötig. Diese ging nur telefonisch und 2 Tage später. Ich habe mich gleich am nächsten Werktag darum gekümmert und angerufen. Der Hoster hat die Bestellung bestätigt und mir gesagt, es käme alles per Mail.
Nun sitze ich beim Kunden um die Website zu erstellen und es gibt keine Mail von Manitu. Also wieder dort angerufen. Der Herr am Telefon sagte er kümmere sich darum uns schick uns eine Mail dazu. Die Mail kam promt:
Die Bestellung sei abgelehnt und ich wurde gebeten von weiteren Anfragen abzusehen :O
Nun gut denke ich mir und suche einen anderen Hostingpartner. Allerdings ist die bestellte Domain auf einmal weg, also registriert. Vorher frei und offensichtlich einen Tag nach meiner Bestellung "durch jemand anderen" registriert.
Die Domain ist irgendwo in Arizona registriert und für meinen Kunden nicht mehr verfügbar... Ganz komisch, denke ich mir. Ein Telefonat mit dem Support war wenig aufschlussreich. [read more...]

😁 Seit mittlerweile über sechs Jahren zufriedener Kunde bei manitu.de. Der Space hatte nie Probleme in Form von Nichterreichbarkeit etc. Das Konfigurations-Interface ist übersichtlich und logisch gestaltet. Nach Jahrzehnten der Suche habe ich für meine Domain (inkl. Mail) endlich ein zuhause gefunden. Sofern manitu nicht grundsätzlich an ihren "Menschlich. Einfach besser" etwas ändert, werde ich wohl auf ewig dort bleiben :-)
