*📜 Plan description

Business Flex is the pay-as-you-grow Business Hosting option and is the most flexible plan in this group. It starts from 10000 MB storage and 10 email accounts, but the package has no fixed upper limit for mailboxes, databases, or disk space, with monthly usage billed according to what is consumed. The resource allocation is 1 CPU with 1000 MB RAM performance. This plan fits a growing business that does not want to choose a fixed mailbox or storage ceiling in advance and prefers a shared hosting account that can expand as websites, databases, and email usage increase. It uses AlmaLinux and cPanel, includes no setup fee, and is priced monthly in Canadian dollars.

Business website and email hosting is built for growing business requirements, with security-enhanced AlmaLinux servers, multiple PHP versions, and cPanel for daily hosting administration. Email management covers accounts, forwarders, aliases, and distribution lists, allowing a company to keep website hosting and business mail under one hosting service at a lower mailbox cost than separate Microsoft 365 or Google Mail style mailbox subscriptions. cPanel provides the main control area for normal shared hosting work, including mail administration, PHP selection, file and website management, and access to a wide range of business application options. The service is monthly by default and server-side maintenance, software upgrades, monitoring, and bug fixes are part of the recurring service model. Client access to the hosted service is available 24 hours per day. Support is available through the support center ticket desk, by email, and by telephone, with tickets preferred for keeping each issue documented and traceable. Billing supports major credit cards, PayPal, cheque, and money order within the allowed payment categories, and longer prepayment terms can be arranged for non-card payment methods. The hosting warranty includes 99.999 percent uptime, scheduled downtime notification in advance, and proportional service credit for qualifying unscheduled downtime at year end. Nightly backups are generated and stored on separate physical storage to reduce hardware-failure risk, while off-site backup and disaster recovery are separate considerations. The service is associated with Palomino in Toronto and priced in Canadian dollars. There is no refund for unused time remaining in the current payment term after cancellation.

📄 Editorial Review

Palomino Inc., also operating through Palomino System Innovations Inc., is a Toronto-based Canadian technology company behind the WebPal Cloud platform. The company’s history goes back to 2002, with earlier roots connected to York University and long-term work in content management, web applications, managed cloud infrastructure, business intelligence, and custom data platforms. Palomino is not a simple shared hosting seller; they function more like a managed cloud, software, and application-support company where hosting is part of a wider technology environment.

Their main hosting ecosystem is built around WebPal Cloud, a platform that combines cloud hosting, website hosting, document management, application hosting, database hosting, compliance-oriented infrastructure, monitoring, and technical support. This makes the service especially suitable for organizations that need more than a basic hosting account, including businesses, institutions, and teams that want managed infrastructure, secure hosting, server clustering, technical assistance, and ongoing operational support.

The current WebPal Cloud catalog includes Business Hosting, Personal Hosting, Cloud Servers, DNS Hosting, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, and Security / Uptime Monitoring. Business Hosting runs on security-enhanced AlmaLinux servers and uses cPanel, with support for multiple PHP versions, business email accounts, forwarders, aliases, distribution lists, databases, and web applications. Personal Hosting is lighter and better suited for small websites, static HTML pages, PHP-based sites, WordPress, Drupal, and personal email usage.

Their Cloud Servers are more flexible and cover both Linux and Windows environments. Customers can use cPanel Cloud Server instances based on AlmaLinux 9.0, or Windows Server instances for custom storage, application hosting, virtual desktop use, and other server-side workloads. The server configurations scale from 1 to 12 CPUs, 1 GB to 64 GB RAM, 10 GB to 500 GB HDD, and up to 250 GB SSD. Separate DNS Hosting is also available through the distributed dnsboxes.net name server network.

Palomino’s wider service ecosystem also includes WebPal Vivos for digital marketing dashboards, SEO/SEM monitoring, performance reporting, and marketing consulting, along with WebPal Tempo for GitHub-integrated time tracking and project reporting. Their broader corporate work includes AI solutions, business intelligence, data warehouses, IT roadmap planning, system integration, learning management hosting, compliance reviews, security assessments, and custom application development.

A major step in their hosting history was the 2020 acquisition of GCIS Inc., a Hamilton-based company connected with hosting and cloud-related brands such as VivosWeb.com, JustHosting.com, SupportGuru.ca, Media-Hosts.com, Stablenetworks.ca, HebergementCanada.ca, and RoyaltyNetworks.com. That acquisition strengthened Palomino’s managed hosting, colocation, digital marketing, cloud infrastructure, and support capabilities.

The WebPal Cloud customer area is strongly localized. The interface supports many languages, including Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian. Pricing can be viewed in CAD and USD, although Canadian dollars are the main reference unless another currency is specifically selected.
