The brand is associated with the Abitindia Group and operates through ABIT Cloud Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company incorporated on July 6, 2017. Shashi Kant Pandidhar has been involved with the business since 2005 as its long-serving technical leader, CTO and company director. Over more than two decades, the company has developed into a broad IT infrastructure provider rather than remaining limited to conventional shared hosting. The company maintains a modern and responsive main website, although its online catalog still combines newer service sections with some legacy product areas. This can result in differences between older and newer prices, uptime figures and package descriptions. Customers ordering VPS, dedicated servers, managed infrastructure or colocation should request a written quotation containing the exact configuration, location, management scope, backup policy and applicable SLA before completing payment.
