📄 Editorial Review

MasBaratoImposible.com (MBI) is a Spanish web hosting and domain registration provider operated by Gestión de Activos Tecnológicos, S.L., a Madrid company incorporated in May 2010. Its business activity includes web hosting, website-related services, and Internet domain registration. The company is registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry under Tomo 27,848, Folio 130, Sección 8, Hoja M-501926, Inscripción 1, with Spanish tax identification number B85973428. Juan Ramón Pozo Coronado is associated with Gestión de Activos Tecnológicos as its owner.

The hosting portfolio is centered on traditional Linux shared hosting and domain registration rather than VPS, cloud, reseller, or dedicated server services. The three main hosting packages are Intro, Master, and Advance, providing a simple progression from single-site hosting to larger multi-domain accounts.

All shared hosting packages use SSD storage and include unmetered monthly data transfer, email accounts, databases, MySQL 8, webmail, antivirus and antispam protection, phpMyAdmin, FTP access, subdomains, HTTP/2, and Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates. A useful technical advantage is multi-version PHP support, allowing different domains and subdomains to use PHP versions from the 5.x, 7.x, and 8.x branches, extending through PHP 8.4.

The Intro package includes 10 GB SSD storage and one website. IntroMAX expands the account to as many as five websites for an additional €1.00 per month. Master includes 20 GB SSD storage and supports unlimited websites, while Advance increases storage to 50 GB SSD while retaining unlimited website hosting.

Website migration is included without an additional migration charge. Existing website files and email accounts can therefore be transferred from another provider, which is useful for customers who want to move an established site without handling the migration manually.

Domain registration is available separately and includes DNS management, a domain administration panel, email forwarding, parking, and support. Private WHOIS protection is available for selected extensions such as .com and .net for an additional annual charge, while this option does not apply to .es domains. For registry-related services, Gestión de Activos Tecnológicos works with Arsys through Nicline for several extensions including .es, .eu, and .org.

The service is oriented toward the Spanish market. The website and customer information are primarily in Spanish, and no complete multi-language/localized version exists. Products are priced in EUR, making the service especially suitable for customers in Spain and Spanish-speaking users.

Some older contractual specifications do not fully match the current product range. Current hosting plans provide 10 GB, 20 GB, and 50 GB SSD storage, while older contractual wording still refers to smaller quotas. The current hosting packages therefore provide more capacity than some legacy service documentation indicates.
