The company covers DirectAdmin shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, professional email, website builders, website security, backup services, spam filtering, SEO tools, VPN services and website/server monitoring. Dedicated servers also remain part of the broader service framework, although the strongest current focus is clearly on shared hosting, reseller accounts, WordPress and VPS.

The newer shared hosting generation uses DirectAdmin, NVMe storage, CloudLinux and LiteSpeed. Hosting locations include Singapore and New York, making the service particularly practical for customers targeting visitors in Asia or North America.

The Singapore NEO range consists of Starter, Plus and Business packages. NEO Starter includes 20 GB NVMe storage, support for three websites and 100 GB bandwidth. NEO Business includes 50 GB NVMe storage, unlimited websites, 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth and a .COM domain.

The NEO environment also includes Imunify360 security, Softaculous Premium, SSL certificates, daily backups, MailChannels filtering and DDoS protection. This is a competitive feature set for inexpensive shared hosting, particularly for customers who prefer DirectAdmin over cPanel.
