You're sure that your support ticket will be answered.
Owner is hands on, he's also the one handling support.
Cons:
I don't frequently check my website, but when I do, it is either down or super slow. Stayed for three years because of how cheap the plan is, but now that I'm actively using my website for portfolio to seek out potential clients, the downtime is unacceptable.
Sharing the dates and subjects of my support tickets to at least give you proof that I'm not making it up that I reported when my site was down.

😠 BUYER BEWARE. Customer since 2012. Frequent downtime. Extremely slow ticket response. No prorated refunds when cancelling yearly plans after only 86 days. Overloaded servers that get hacked frequently.
