ITEASY is a South Korean IT infrastructure provider with roots dating to March 2003, when the business started as SojungNet with web hosting services. Korea Server Hosting Co., Ltd. was incorporated in April 2005, marking its expansion into server and IDC services. On November 10, 2021, Korea Server Hosting changed its corporate name to ITEASY Corp. The company is led by CEO Jo Myung-rae and has developed from a conventional hosting operation into a much broader business infrastructure provider.

The portfolio now concentrates on server hosting, GPU servers, colocation, cloud computing, managed infrastructure, domains, security, backup, business messaging, Microsoft 365 and web development. Traditional shared hosting is no longer a major standalone part of the lineup, so ITEASY is considerably better suited to organizations looking for servers, cloud infrastructure or managed IT services than to customers seeking a simple entry-level shared hosting account.

Server Hosting combines physical Dell and HPE server hardware with network access, monitoring and operational assistance. Services can include server installation, Basic managed support, Web DNS, migration assistance, three-stage monitoring, traffic statistics, web-log analysis, backup capacity and hardware support through Easy CarePack. ITEASY manages more than 7,000 servers and has a sizeable technical organization with around 90 engineers, which gives the company a much stronger operational profile than a small hosting reseller.

GPU Server configurations cover artificial intelligence, deep learning, rendering and other compute-intensive workloads. Available systems include NVIDIA RTX 3080, RTX A5000 and RTX A6000 graphics processors, with single- and dual-GPU configurations. Linux and Windows environments are supported, together with installation assistance for CUDA, cuDNN and GPU drivers. These systems are suitable for customers who need dedicated accelerator hardware rather than virtualized general-purpose cloud resources.

Colocation is available for individual 1U, 2U and 4U servers, desktop systems and larger quarter-, half- and full-rack deployments. Packages combine rack space, connectivity, network protection and continuous facility operation. Larger installations can be configured around customer-specific bandwidth and rack requirements.

EASYCLOUD provides virtual cloud servers with configurable CPU, RAM and SSD resources. Customers can deploy and administer systems from a browser, create snapshots, clone servers, monitor traffic, manage firewall policies and adjust infrastructure resources. Additional services include block storage, object storage, load balancing, private cloud environments and GSLB. Billing can be monthly or hourly, which makes the platform suitable for both permanent services and temporary workloads.

The cloud portfolio extends beyond ITEASY's own platform. They also provide consulting, migration and management for Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Naver Cloud. This gives Korean organizations a local technical partner for public-cloud deployments while retaining centralized operational support.

A dedicated EASYCLOUD environment is also available for Korean government and public-sector workloads. This platform holds Korean CSAP cloud security certification and incorporates disaster-recovery architecture suitable for organizations with stricter compliance and business-continuity requirements.

Managed infrastructure is divided into Basic, Operating, Security, Expert and ITO service levels. Basic management covers routine monitoring and technical assistance, while the more advanced tiers add operating-system administration, backups, security products, reporting, dedicated personnel and broader incident-response responsibilities. Expert services extend into specialist security monitoring and breach response, while ITO arrangements are customized for larger organizations requiring outsourced infrastructure operations.

Security is one of ITEASY's strongest areas. The portfolio includes firewalls, SSL VPN, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, SSL certificates, web application firewalls, webshell detection and recovery, database encryption, anti-ransomware protection, antivirus, spam filtering, document centralization, cloud and office security monitoring, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. Backup services include image-based backups, recovery services, isolated vault-style backup, global disaster-recovery backup and high-availability configurations.

ITEASY remains active in domain registration, supporting KR domains, Korean-language domains, major generic extensions and numerous new gTLDs. Domain services include registration, renewal, transfer, ownership changes, nameserver administration, host registration and reservation. Additional functions include domain parking, forwarding, Web DNS, external mail configuration, domain locking and registration-information privacy.

The business portfolio also includes SMS, Kakao Business Messaging, Microsoft 365, Copilot, NAVER WORKS, GITGO groupware, marketing services and website development. This breadth makes ITEASY closer to a complete Korean business-IT provider than a conventional hosting company.

ITEASY maintains ISMS certification covering server hosting, domain registration agency services, cloud services and SMS/notification messaging. The current certification period runs from October 20, 2024 to October 19, 2027.

The website and customer systems are primarily intended for the Korean market. The main commercial interface and most service information are in Korean, and no complete multi-language/localized version exists. Prices are primarily listed in South Korean won (KRW), making the service particularly well suited to domestic businesses and organizations operating in South Korea.
