*📜 Plan description
Wildcard Domain Validation Certificate is a yearly SSL certificate product intended to enable HTTPS and encrypted browser-to-site communication for multiple subdomains.
- Price: PHP 10000 per year.
- Coverage: wildcard protection for unlimited subdomains under the same base domain.
- Cryptography: SHA2 and ECC 128/256-bit encryption support.
- Trust signals: trust logo supported.
- Reissuance: free reissuance is included.
- Warranty: $10,000 warranty amount is listed for this certificate type.
Their SSL certificate lineup is positioned as a way to increase client confidence and secure data exchanged between a website and its visitors. SSL is described as creating an encrypted connection that changes the browsing experience to HTTPS and shows a padlock indicator in the browser, signaling that information shared in forms and transactions is protected from interception. The page describes encryption based on a 2048-bit mechanism and highlights the role of SSL in protecting logins, personal data, and payment information.
Three validation levels are explained. Domain Validation (DV) focuses on proving control of the domain, providing the padlock/HTTPS indicator and basic trust signals. Wildcard DV extends the same validation model to protect unlimited subdomains under the same base domain, making it practical for multi-service or multi-app subdomain structures. Extended Validation (EV) goes beyond domain ownership by validating the organization behind the site; it is positioned as more expensive and slower to issue because it requires more documentation and verification.
The EV validation checklist is described in operational terms: verifying the organization legal name and standing, trade name/DBA where applicable, the operator of the business, the operating address, the main listed telephone number, control over the domain(s), and authenticity of the subscriber agreement. Issuance time for EV is explicitly described as up to 7 days on the package list. Across the SSL line, certificates are described with SHA2 and ECC 128/256-bit encryption support, trust logo support, and free reissuance.
A practical deployment note is included: SSL certificates require a dedicated IP number for validation and should not be shared with other domain websites, which can affect hosting and infrastructure planning. Taxes may apply to paid services, and support channels are generally reachable via phone, email, and helpdesk processes as documented for their hosting-related services.

📄 Editorial Review
iManila is one of the older names in the Philippine internet scene, with origins in the mid-1990s under the "Internet Manila" label as an early local ISP. Over the years they shifted from dial-up access into what is now a full-service digital agency: web design and development, content creation, site maintenance, hosting, security, backup, Microsoft 365, and a wide set of digital-marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, branding) plus custom web applications. The company operates out of Ortigas Center in Pasig City and positions itself as a single partner that can both build and host a site and then drive traffic and leads to it.The Shared Web & Email Hosting line is the entry point. These plans are Linux-based and run on CloudLinux with CageFS, Imunify360 security, NGINX caching, Apache 2.4 and cPanel on top. Every plan includes MySQL, phpMyAdmin, WordPress Toolkit Lite, cron jobs and the usual cPanel toolkit (FTP, WebDisk, stats, logs, spam filters, custom error pages, password-protected directories, redirects and so on). Storage and bandwidth are bundled with a fixed number of email accounts, each mailbox sized at 2 GB, and there is a 300 emails/hour send limit per domain, which keeps shared servers from being abused by bulk senders.
Above that sits Business Cloud Hosting, which is essentially a virtual dedicated / VPS platform. Each instance comes with dedicated vCPU and RAM, NVMe storage, a hefty 30 TB of monthly data transfer, one dedicated IPv4 address, WHM/cPanel, and unlimited email accounts and addon/subdomains within the resources of the chosen plan. The range runs from a basic profile (about 4 vCPU, 6 GB RAM and 100 GB NVMe) up to large enterprise instances with as much as 16 vCPU, 64 GB RAM and 500 GB NVMe. This tier is clearly aimed at e-commerce, busy corporate sites and custom web apps that need predictable performance but are not yet at hyperscale.
For workloads that need full hardware control, Dedicated Server hosting is the top layer. These machines run Linux on Intel Xeon processors (up to 6 cores), support up to 32 GB RAM, include 30 TB bandwidth, MySQL databases, at least one dedicated IP and optional cPanel/WHM licensing. Root access is standard, so agencies and administrators can install and tune whatever software stack they like, and use WHM to manage multiple cPanel accounts if they are reselling hosting. On top of that, iManila sells separate Server Management services—from control-panel administration to full dedicated-server management—for customers who want the flexibility of their own server but without handling all the day-to-day sysadmin work.
Around these core hosting products sits a wider ecosystem: SSL certificates, website security and malware protection, backup services, and Microsoft 365 integration. Because the company also does web design, development and digital marketing, many businesses use iManila not just as a host but as a long-term digital partner that can keep infrastructure, site code and marketing efforts aligned.
