The hosting environment uses Debian Linux and supports PHP, MySQL, Python, and Perl. SFTP and FTPS access are available, while higher hosting packages also include SSH. IMAP, POP3, SMTP, encrypted connections, forwarding, catch-all addresses, spam filtering, and antivirus protection are supported.

Webmail access is included, while enhanced webmail functionality provides additional calendar, contacts, and synchronization features.
