😠 Veraltet, Sauteuer und mieser Service
Veraltete Plattform, Preise extrem gestiegen, Service und Kommunikation ist Grottenschlecht geworden. Früher hieß der Anbieter Greatweb. 2008 hab ich dort für mein Webpaket + Domain korrekte 22€ im Jahr bezahlt. 2013 dann knapp 24€. 2016 knapp 36€. 2019 knapp 48€. Und Ende 2021 wollen die Plötzlich sage und schreibe knapp 54€ im Jahr!!! Geht absolut gar nicht. Wenn man bedenkt wie viel mittlerweile ein TB kostet. Auf meine Kündigung per Brief keine Reaktion. Nochmal per eMail nachgehakt - keine Reaktion. Online Kündigung auf der Website durchlaufen - keine Reaktion. Ich werde hier wohl eine Anzeige machen oder den Rechtsschutz einschalten müssen. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter. Kann diesen Webhoster nicht mehr empfehlen. Veraltet, Sauteuer und mieser Service. Warte seit einer Woche auf meinen Autorisierungscode, damit ich mit meiner Domain zu einen anderen Domain Anbieter wechseln kann. Keine Antwort, keine Code Zusendung - nichts passiert.

😠 Bei einer Runterstufung des Web-Paketes auf ein günstigeren Tarif/Inhalt, wurden leider die bisherigen teueren Tarife weiterhin abgebucht ohne die Runterstufung auf den neuen Tarif zu berücksichtigen. nach mehreren mails und Telefonaten werden anstatt die Rechnung zu korrigieren, erfolgt dann eine Mahnung mit dem Hinweis auf ein Inkassounternehmen. Der Kundendienst legt nach Beschwerde einfach auf?! Somit leider alles sehr ärgerlich und nicht zu empfehlen.
