*📜 Plan description
Professional is the top tier in the Linux web hosting lineup and is positioned for customers consolidating many projects into one shared hosting account.
It retains the baseline characteristics of the range: SSD infrastructure, unlimited web space, unmetered monthly data transfer, and an included DV SSL certificate to support HTTPS.
Capacity limits are the highest in the lineup.
The account allows up to 10 websites and 10 databases, with each database providing up to 5 GB of database space.
Email resources increase to 30 GB of additional email space, and the maximum mailbox size is listed as 30 GB.
Where lower tiers cap subdomains, email aliases, and FTP accounts, this plan lists those limits as unlimited, which is relevant for agencies and teams that create many sub-sites, mail identities, or separate upload logins.
Pricing is shown as a discounted first-year monthly term excluding VAT: 89 CZK per month for the first 12 months, followed by a standard price of 250 CZK per month excluding VAT.
VAT-inclusive figures are displayed alongside the base price.
Operationally, daily backups cover website data, email settings, and databases.
The platform is marketed with continuous monitoring and 24/7 customer support.
The software stack focuses on a shared Linux environment built around Apache 2.4, PHP support, and MariaDB/MySQL databases with phpMyAdmin management.
SSH access is included for advanced workflows and automation.
The plan also carries the platform-wide performance and security tooling highlighted on the page: HiSpeed Cache, Softaculous with 400+ app installers, DNSSEC support, and Patchman to help detect and remediate vulnerable scripts.
Mail protection is presented with anti-spam and antivirus features to reduce unwanted content and improve mailbox reliability.
Overall, this tier is framed for multi-site hosting where high account limits and large mailboxes matter, but the buyer still wants shared-hosting convenience with built-in backup and security automation.
Across the Linux web hosting range, FORPSI positions the platform around SSD-backed performance, unlimited traffic, integrated SSL, regular backups, and 24/7 monitoring, aiming for predictable shared hosting for personal sites and business projects.

📄 Editorial Review
FORPSI is a long-running European hosting and domain brand operated by INTERNET CZ, a.s. in the Czech Republic. Their core focus is practical infrastructure services—domains, DNS, shared web hosting, email, VPS, dedicated servers, and server housing—paired with a customer portal that centralizes billing and technical administration.Their background goes back to 1997 (initially operating as P.E.S. Consulting), with a major operational shift to Ktiš in 2001 and the formation of INTERNET CZ, a.s. in 2002. Over time, the business grew beyond simple shared hosting into a broader catalogue that targets both entry-level website owners and companies that need more control (virtual servers, dedicated hardware, and colocated deployments).
In 2005, the Italian cloud giant Aruba S.p.A. strategically acquired FORPSI, integrating the Czech provider’s high-capacity Ktiš (CZ1) data center—which features 80 Gbps+ redundant connectivity and N+1 power infrastructure—into its pan-European network of Tier-certified facilities to deliver enterprise-grade IaaS, colocation, and sovereign cloud solutions across Central Europe.
For day-to-day website hosting, they provide Linux web hosting designed around modern PHP stacks, SSH access, caching, and bundled email. They also run Windows web hosting for projects that need ASP/ASP.NET and Microsoft-oriented application compatibility, with databases and email included at plan level rather than as separate add-ons.
On the "build-a-site" side, they offer two distinct approaches: F-Page (template-driven website/e-shop builder with tools for content, design, and basic commerce) and WP Ready, which is a WordPress-oriented builder that leans on automation and AI-assisted setup while still including essentials like SSL.
For customers who want server-level control, FORPSI splits the offer into VPS and Dedicated Servers. VPS options include classic virtual servers for general workloads, while dedicated server hosting is aimed at users who want predictable performance, full isolation, and the flexibility to add items like Plesk licensing when needed. For hardware placement, they also provide Housing in their own facility, including remote console access (KVM over IP) and predictable connectivity packages.
Across the portfolio, they also cover common "infrastructure glue" services: DNS hosting (F-DNS) with API management, domain add-ons like DNSSEC and WHOIS privacy, SSL/TLS certificates, and practical extras such as assisted migrations and SEO tooling (rankingCoach).
Their website is multilingual (Czech, English, Slovak, Polish, and Hungarian) and pricing can be viewed in multiple currencies (CZK and EUR), which reduces friction for customers ordering from outside the home market. This localization approach signals they target users beyond a single domestic market and support smoother cross-border onboarding.
Forpsi Cloud
ForpsiCloud.cz is the cloud-computing arm of FORPSI, built for customers who want more than classic web hosting and need scalable infrastructure services that can be assembled like building blocks. Instead of focusing on shared hosting packages, it centers on IaaS-style components—virtual servers, storage, networking, backup, and managed data layers—so projects can start small and then grow into more complex architectures without changing providers.
A key practical detail is how tightly it connects to the wider FORPSI ecosystem (forpsi.com). Account and billing workflows are aligned with the same operator (INTERNET CZ, a.s.), and the customer environment is split into a Customer Zone (orders, credit balance, invoices) and a Control Panel (deploying and operating cloud services). This makes it feel like an "extension layer" to FORPSI: domains, classic hosting, dedicated servers, and housing remain part of the broader FORPSI portfolio, while ForpsiCloud adds the tooling for cloud workloads, hybrid setups, and pay-as-you-go infrastructure management.
The core product stack includes Cloud VPS (preconfigured virtual servers with Linux or Windows choices), Cloud PRO VMware (IaaS designed for more demanding and structured deployments with guaranteed resources), and Virtual Private Cloud (VMware-based virtual datacenter approach that supports building complete environments with servers, firewalls, and networks). On top of compute, it also offers Cloud Object Storage (S3-compatible storage for archiving and application data), Cloud Backup (backup accounts with flexible billing models), Cloud DBaaS (managed relational database engines such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server licensing options), Cloud Monitoring (monitoring with dashboards, alerting, and API integration), Hybrid Cloud / Hybrid Link connectivity for linking local and cloud environments, and a Domain Center for domain operations.
Language and localization are stronger than what many regional cloud portals provide. Depending on the section (main site, customer area, knowledge base, storage portal), the environment is available in Czech, Slovak, English, Italian, French, Polish, Hungarian, German, and Spanish. Pricing views are also practical for cross-border buyers, with CZK and EUR supported and VAT display commonly switchable between included and excluded.
ForpsiCloud.cz is a cloud extension of FORPSI (but only for CZ market, using only Czech language), aimed at customers who want to move from traditional hosting into infrastructure design: virtual servers, VMware-based private cloud constructs, S3-compatible storage, backup, monitoring, and managed database engines. Strengths include the multi-datacenter European footprint, clearly stated SLA targets, a practical credit-based billing model, and a well-developed ecosystem of documentation + nonstop support options.
It is a particularly good fit for teams that want Czech/EU-centric deployment choices, multi-language accessibility, and the ability to mix simple VPS-style instances with more structured VMware/OpenStack environments as requirements grow.

😠 I’ve been using Forpsi for a few legacy projects, but I’m honestly reaching my breaking point. If you are used to modern dev workflows, this feels like a trip back to 2005.
The biggest issue is the administration panel. The UI is incredibly dated, unintuitive, and slow. Doing simple tasks like managing DNS records or setting up an SSL certificate feels like a bureaucratic nightmare compared to modern providers. Their "Let's Encrypt" implementation is far from seamless—it often requires manual steps that should be automated by now.
Performance-wise, their standard shared hosting is mediocre at best. TTFB is inconsistent, and I’ve experienced several "micro-outages" that their status page doesn't even acknowledge. Also, their support is hit-or-miss; if you have a high-level technical issue with server-side config, good luck getting past the first-level script readers who just tell you to "check your FTP settings."
In a world where specialized WP hosting and NVMe-based clouds are the norm, Forpsi feels like a dinosaur that is surviving only on brand recognition. I’m currently migrating my remaining sites elsewhere.

🗨 Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
We understand that expectations and workflows evolve, especially among developers who work with modern cloud-native platforms and highly automated environments. While our administration interface has been continuously updated over the years, we recognize that some customers would prefer a different approach and a more streamlined experience for certain tasks.
Regarding SSL certificates and DNS management, our goal is to balance automation with flexibility across a wide range of hosting products and customer use cases. We continue to invest in simplifying service management and reducing manual steps wherever possible.
We are also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding performance and availability. We monitor our infrastructure around the clock, and any confirmed incidents are thoroughly investigated. However, without specific details, we are unable to verify the issues you experienced. We would welcome the opportunity to review them with you.
As for technical support, our teams are available 24/7, and while first-line support helps resolve the majority of requests efficiently, more complex cases are escalated to specialized technicians when necessary. We acknowledge that your experience may not have reflected the level of service we aim to provide.
FORPSI has been serving customers for more than two decades, but we do not view our history as a reason to stand still. Alongside traditional hosting services, we continue to expand and modernize our portfolio with specialized WordPress solutions, cloud infrastructure, VPS platforms, and dedicated servers designed to meet contemporary performance and scalability requirements.
We regret that you have decided to move your remaining projects elsewhere, but we appreciate your feedback and will use it as input for further improvements.

😠 The support is very unprofessional and gives you only general answers and insists for buying more of their services. For basically every change on the server or configuration we had to exchange at least 10 emails, even though I've already described the current problem in the fist one. We have more hosting providers and with lal of them the communication and cooperation went well, but with them is a never ending story.
🗨 Thank you for sharing your experience.
We are sorry to hear that our communication did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide clear, accurate, and efficient assistance, and we understand how frustrating it can be when resolving an issue requires multiple exchanges.
In some cases, our support team may need to request additional information to properly diagnose a problem or ensure that any proposed changes are safe and appropriate for the specific environment. However, we recognize that this process should be as straightforward as possible, and we regret if it felt unnecessarily lengthy in your case.
We would also like to clarify that our support team is not instructed to promote additional services when handling technical requests. Recommendations are made only when they are relevant to the customer's requirements or when a different solution may better address the issue being discussed.
As we cannot identify your account from this review, we are unable to investigate the specific communication you referenced. Nevertheless, we take feedback like yours seriously and continuously work to improve both our response quality and the efficiency of our support processes.
Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
