Easy on Net Inc. is a Canadian web hosting and managed infrastructure provider founded in 2021. Headquartered in Ontario and led by CEO Derek Walmsley, the company serves customers across Canada and the United States. The organization operates within the 51–200 employee range.

Easy on Net expanded through the consolidation of several established hosting operations. Nerivon.com, DynamicHosting.ca and XOD Media became part of the Easy on Net platform in November 2022. A larger expansion followed in August 2024, when the company acquired the web hosting customers of Rogers Communications and the former Shaw Communications. The associated legacy hosting environment was retired in April 2026, requiring remaining customers to migrate their websites, email accounts and DNS settings to the replacement platform.

The service portfolio includes shared hosting, virtual private servers, managed VPS services, WordPress development, WordPress maintenance retainers, domain registration, SSL certificates, premium DNS, server malware protection, website security scans and fax-to-email services. Shared Hosting is available through Entry, Startup, Business and Enterprise packages. Management integrations are available through cPanel, Plesk and the Easy on Net customer portal.

Security services include free website vulnerability scans and Monarx protection for PHP applications hosted on Linux VPS servers. Monarx analyzes PHP activity to identify malicious behavior such as web shells, phishing files, cryptojacking scripts, backdoors and rootkits. Detect and protect modes are available, together with automatic file isolation, cleanup tools, daily notifications and WHM/cPanel integration.

VoiceFlow provides fax-to-email functionality for businesses that still depend on fax communications. The service includes incoming fax delivery, outgoing fax transmission, customizable cover pages and delivery-status tracking.
