dotPH, legally operated by DotPH Domains Inc., is the official registry administrator for the Philippines’ .PH country-code domain. The company was established in 1989 by José Emmanuel "Joel" Disini, one of the pioneers involved in developing commercial Internet services in the Philippines. The .PH extension was formally delegated on September 14, 1990, several years before general Internet connectivity became widely available across the country.

DotPH manages registrations directly under .ph together with second-level extensions such as .com.ph, .net.ph, and .org.ph. Government and educational namespaces, including .gov.ph and .edu.ph, are administered separately. Its international customer base extends across more than 75 countries, supported by a broad network of Philippine and overseas registrar partners.

The organization operates with an estimated 11–50 employees. Although domain administration remains its principal responsibility, the wider portfolio includes domain registration, Linux shared hosting, WooCommerce hosting, VPS plans, full-machine hosting, SSL certificates, private registration, Registry Lock, productivity suites, domain trading, forwarding, and web-design services.

Domain registration is the company’s most important service. Customers can register names directly under .PH or choose .COM.PH, .NET.PH, and .ORG.PH according to the intended use of the website. Private registration replaces publicly displayed registrant contact details with privacy-protected information. Registry Lock provides stronger protection by adding additional verification before sensitive changes can be completed.
