VitalCloud, operating through cloud.com.tr, is the hosting and cloud-services brand of Vital Teknoloji Telekomünikasyon Bilgisayar Hizmetleri ve Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi. The business dates back to 2005, when it started in Bursa under the Vital Hosting name. On January 7, 2008, the operation became the present limited company and expanded from conventional hosting toward cloud infrastructure, managed services, business continuity, security, and corporate IT solutions.

The current service portfolio covers Linux hosting, Windows hosting, reseller hosting, Cloud Servers, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, AntiSpam and AntiVirus services, Smarthost Mail Gateway, CDN, and paid server-management packages. The product range is suitable for both conventional website hosting and companies that need virtual infrastructure with optional administration.

Personal Linux hosting uses CloudLinux-based infrastructure with NVMe/SSD storage, daily and weekly backups, MySQL, email hosting, Softaculous, and DirectAdmin. Entry plans are intended for single websites, while larger packages increase storage, bandwidth, database, mailbox, and multi-domain limits. Different PHP generations are supported, although customers running version-sensitive applications should confirm the exact PHP versions available before migration.

Windows hosting is available for ASP, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, MSSQL, and other Microsoft-oriented applications. These plans run on Windows/IIS infrastructure and use Plesk for administration. Corporate Linux and Windows packages provide substantially higher resource limits than the personal plans and are better suited to business sites or multiple domains.

Reseller hosting is offered for both Linux and Windows environments. Linux reseller accounts use DirectAdmin, while Windows reseller packages use Plesk and MSSQL. Plans begin with 50 GB of storage and 500 GB of monthly traffic, with progressively larger allocations at the higher tiers. Reseller hosting includes a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

The Cloud Server platform is the more flexible infrastructure option. Virtual servers include NVMe M.2 SSD storage, dedicated resources, unlimited traffic, one dedicated IP address, daily backup, and scalable CPU, RAM, and storage. Resources can be increased when requirements grow, while managed administration can be purchased separately for customers that prefer VitalCloud to handle operating-system and server maintenance.

AntiSpam and AntiVirus filtering is another useful business service. It protects an entire email domain with unlimited aliases and email addresses, antivirus scanning, whitelisting, quarantine management, ETRN support, and a Turkish-language management interface. The filtering infrastructure is located in Istanbul, Turkey, making it relevant for organizations that prefer their mail-processing infrastructure to remain within Turkey.

CDN services are available for faster delivery of website content, better handling of traffic peaks, and an additional layer of protection against abusive traffic. Domain registration, SSL certificates, mail gateway services, and managed technical support make VitalCloud more comprehensive than a basic shared-hosting provider.
