BudgetVM is a US infrastructure and server hosting provider operating since 2005, with its business address in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company has grown into a sizable infrastructure provider managing more than 12,000 servers and over 50,000 virtual servers, serving more than 5,400 customers in 130+ countries.

The business operates through a structure connected with Dash Networks Inc., trading as BudgetVM, while BudgetVM LLC is also used in current company and contact information. BudgetVM has a longstanding relationship with Enzu, and parts of its reseller and network infrastructure continue to reflect that connection.

BudgetVM is primarily an infrastructure provider rather than a traditional shared-hosting company. Its main services include NVMe Cloud/VDS, SSD VPS, Private Cloud, Dedicated Servers, AMD Ryzen servers, AMD EPYC servers, GPU servers, Storage Servers, DDoS-protected servers, reseller servers, blockchain infrastructure and high-bandwidth dedicated servers. The NVMe Cloud/VDS platform uses Intel Xeon Gold 6230 processors and NVMe storage. Typical configurations include 8 GB, 16 GB or 32 GB RAM with 125 GB to 500 GB NVMe capacity, 1 Gbps connectivity and an included IPv4 address. These virtual environments work well for web applications, databases, development systems, game servers and general server workloads requiring dedicated resources.

The AMD EPYC Dedicated Server range is aimed at much larger workloads. Configurations based on EPYC 7713 and dual EPYC 7702 processors provide up to 64 or 128 physical CPU cores, large RAM allocations, multiple SSD or NVMe drives and 10 Gbps networking. These servers fit virtualization, large databases, application clusters and compute-heavy deployments.

GPU Servers extend the portfolio into accelerated computing. The range includes NVIDIA GTX and RTX hardware, from lower-cost GTX 1650 systems to RTX 4090 servers combined with AMD EPYC processors, 128 GB RAM, NVMe storage and 10 Gbps networking. The High Bandwidth Server portfolio is one of the more distinctive parts of BudgetVM. Dedicated infrastructure is available with 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, 40 Gbps, 100 Gbps, 200 Gbps, 300 Gbps and 400 Gbps connectivity. The largest configurations are intended for extremely bandwidth-intensive projects, large content delivery workloads, network services and customers requiring guaranteed unmetered capacity rather than a conventional monthly data-transfer allowance.

DDoS protection is integrated across much of the infrastructure, with mitigation capacity reaching approximately 1.8 Tbps. Customers also have access to attack information and network-level protection features, which is particularly useful for gaming, blockchain, API and publicly exposed infrastructure.

A Dedicated Server Reseller program is available for hosting companies and IT businesses. It includes white-label capability, IPMI or IPKVM access and volume-based pricing. Automated provisioning helps resellers deploy standard hardware quickly, while custom server configurations can take additional preparation.

Operating-system support covers common Linux distributions and Microsoft Windows Server, together with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware ESXi and XenServer, depending on the selected hardware.

Infrastructure management is handled primarily through APEX, BudgetVM's management environment for cloud, virtual and dedicated services. It provides centralized access to server controls, service information and common management functions.
