Beware of this company. They are thieves, I bought VPS # 118329 and cancelled on 15 Sep. They over charged me two months despite cancellation. Also in the past, they charged double invoices in a single month, and when I snapped them they just said sorry. They are credit card thieves, better buy from any other service provider. I will take them to court soon.

Things started well when I bought hosting from Interserver but soon went bad, very bad. First, my site was in the bottom 2% for upload speeds in Australia, and not good elsewhere. Second, Interserver tehn farmed out their "support" to a terrible 3rd party center in India!!! The support was so bad that they did not even know what cpanel my Interserver account used. So I left them, then their management started posting nasty negative reviews about my business as if they were a customer of mine. Truly, you need to avoid these "people" at all costs.

Ever since they started in 1999, they kept growing and adapting to technological changes. They are considered to be a leading provider in hosting solutions on the market and promise their customers reliability, security and great technical support.
Among their product offers, InterServer comes with: Shared Web Hosting, VPS and Cloud Hosting, Domain Name Registration, Dedicated Servers and Colocation. They also provide Private Email Hosting that is assured to be secure and virus protected. This company uses equipment coming from Cisco, Riverstone or Extreme Networks. In order to get fast page load for their customers, they use BGPv4 routing protocol. Among their network providers, we may mention NTT Communications and Cogent.
The pricing system is good if we take into consideration the range of features InterServer provides. However, if we are to compare the prices available on the market for shared hosting products, InterServer might be considered to be a little expensive in comparison to popular websites, such as HostGator, GoDaddy, Bluehost or GreenGeeks. Nevertheless, they have good prices when it comes to VPS or Dedicated plans which could probably constitute an advantage among customers.
Shared hosting solutions come with great features that will be enjoyed both by beginners and experts in the field. With SSD servers, RAID-10 level storage, Cloudflare CDN (which is free and will help your page load faster), free SSL certificates and website builders, customers could be more than content to purchase a plan belonging to this web hosting service provider. Interserver is very good i used their shared web hosting for one of my website and it is pretty good we cannot encounter any single problem in our website run

horrible customer support and not user friendly
their customer support is supposed to be 24/7. someone does answer the phone or there is live chat at times, but all they tell u to do is submit a ticket. they never help! and then u submit a ticket and they do not respond for days at a time.
Also everything is a struggle. their interface is horrible - just erroneous. always getting errors when trying to complete an action. it is not intuitive on how to do things so u find yourself always trying to contact support to get things done. they too, do not know how to do things. always redirecting to third party sites to learn how to do stuff...what is up with that/

We have had our websites with this company for about 18 months and it has been a nightmare. The servers are always overloaded and slow and the support staff are unhelpful and rude. We are moving all of our sites away from Interserver.net. AVOID.
