BlueHosting is a Chilean hosting provider serving individuals, developers, agencies and companies that prefer Spanish-language assistance, local infrastructure and billing adapted to Latin American markets. The company forms part of Haulmer (haulmer.com), a Chilean technology group founded by San Feng, and BlueHosting has operated since 2010. Haulmer later expanded its services into Peru and Colombia and developed additional cloud infrastructure through OpenCloud.

The product range covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting, VPS cloud servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, email hosting, DNS management and a website builder. The service structure makes it possible to begin with a low-cost shared plan and move gradually toward dedicated-resource hosting or a VPS as traffic and processing requirements increase.

Shared hosting is organized into Emprendedores, Negocios and Empresas families. The Emprendedores plans are suitable for personal websites, portfolios, blogs and small commercial projects. Negocios plans add more capacity for established business websites, while Empresas plans provide dedicated processing resources for demanding applications and higher visitor volumes.

Common hosting features include SSD storage, unmetered transfer, unlimited email accounts, multiple databases, one-click application installation, free Let’s Encrypt SSL, malware protection, a web application firewall, cPanel access and free website migration. Some plans also include a .CL domain registration for the first year.

The Empresas range is more powerful than conventional shared hosting. Its larger configurations include dedicated RAM, dedicated Intel Xeon vCores, remote database access, selectable PHP versions and support for multiple websites. VPS administration includes console access, rescue mode, private networks, custom DNS, resource statistics and email or SMS notifications. These servers are primarily self-managed, so customers are responsible for operating-system updates, application security and software administration unless additional technical work is contracted.

Backups are not automatically included with every VPS. The VPS + Backup option adds managed backup retention, while standard VPS and cloud configurations require a separate backup arrangement. Independent copies should still be kept outside the main hosting account for important websites and databases.

Domain services include .CL registrations and a broad collection of international and regional extensions such as .COM, .NET, .ORG, .CO, .PE, .COM.PE, .COM.CO, .COM.MX, .COM.AR, .IO, .TV and .BLOG. Free Let’s Encrypt certificates are automatically installed and renewed on compatible hosting plans. Commercial single-domain, wildcard and extended-validation SSL certificates are also available.
