😠 Pésimo servicio al cliente, te ponen en espera por 45 minutos, las tareas que quedan pendientes y acordadas por teléfono nunca suceden, hay que volver a llamar y rogar que atiendan. El cliente se queda colgado por mucho tiempo con sus requerimientos mientras que ellos abarcan muchísimo más de lo que pueden apretar.

😠 Lo contrate la semana pasada y les pedi que me hagan la migracion de cpanel, y todavia no me respondieron, Tengo 3 tickets abiertos. La transferencia de dominio pendiente. La transferencia de cpanel pendiente. Es claro que el soporte tecnico no trabaja, y ahora nose que hacer realmente, porque ya lo pague por 3 anos

Empresa dedicada a ofrecer mucho y en los términos condiciones tienen limitaciones en letra chica, una estafa.
