It includes 50 GB of storage, unmetered traffic, 3 inclusive domains, 150 subdomains, 500 mailboxes and 5 MySQL or MariaDB databases.
The plan is placed on servers shared with up to 100 customers and supports PHP and Perl together with POP3 and IMAP mail handling, autoresponders, forwarding, mailing lists, spam filtering and virus filtering.
Additional FTP users are available, but SSH access, WebDisk and wildcard subdomains are not part of this tier.
The software installer is one of the main selling points here, allowing WordPress, Joomla and similar applications to be deployed quickly.
Let's Encrypt can be added for all domains in the contract for an extra 0.95 EUR per month, while paid validated SSL products are offered separately.
The regular monthly fee starts after the first free month and the usual setup fee is waived.

😠 For many years, I hosted several websites with all inkl. The provider detected an issue with one of my websites in December in a regular virus scan, but failed to send an alert. Since then, a virus spread throughout multiple sites. They then finally send me a message 22 days later (!) and proceed to block my full account after 2.5 weeks. So I came back from holidays to find ALL websites down, backups unavailable.
Support then proceeds to blame me for not updating the sites, and for not reacting to an issue that I had no knowledge of. A simple email would have been enough to limit the damage and downtime.
If you are looking for a reliable provider, please go somewhere else.
