📄 Editorial Review

247HOSTU is a U.S. web hosting provider with roots going back to 1999, giving the operation more than 25 years of experience in the hosting market. The business is based in Santaquin, Utah, and operates as a division of eIntelligenthost, LLC, the legal entity behind the hosting service. Heber Reynoso has a long-standing association with both 247HOSTU and eIntelligenthost.

The service portfolio covers considerably more than basic shared hosting. Customers can use Linux shared hosting, Windows shared hosting, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, dedicated servers, WordPress hosting, e-commerce hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, business email, spam filtering, SSL certificates, backup services, malware cleanup, merchant-related services, and web development. This broad range makes the company suitable for customers who prefer keeping domains, hosting, email, security, and related technical services with one provider.

Linux shared hosting is the main low-cost service. Four configurations provide between 500 MB and 10 GB of storage, with monthly or weekly backups depending on the package and progressively larger allowances for websites and email accounts. Higher packages use SSD storage and include unmetered bandwidth under normal-use restrictions. Free SSL certificates are included, while account administration is handled through cPanel. Free website migration is useful for customers transferring an existing site.

Windows hosting remains an important part of the portfolio. These packages support IIS, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server, making them suitable for older business applications that still depend on Microsoft's web platform. Technical specifications include SQL Server 2016 and ASP.NET versions from 2.0 through 4.5, so customers running newer Microsoft applications should confirm the exact production environment before migration.

The managed VPS range is available for both Linux and Windows. Configurations use SSD storage and provide administrative access, automated backup options, snapshots, off-site backups, monitoring, and network speeds reaching 2 Gbit/s. Linux VPS configurations range from 2 to 8 vCPU and 2 GB to 16 GB RAM. Windows VPS plans start with larger memory allocations and extend to 24 GB RAM.

Dedicated servers are also offered for Linux and Windows workloads. Linux configurations scale from roughly 4 CPU units with 4 GB RAM to 16 CPU units with 16 GB RAM, while the Windows range extends as high as 64 GB RAM and 2 TB of SSD storage. DDoS protection, IP-based firewalling, scheduled backups, instant setup, and 24/7/365 assistance form part of these server services. The exact processor model and hardware generation are not specified, so customers buying dedicated hardware should confirm the CPU and storage configuration before ordering.

WordPress hosting ranges from 5 GB to 50 GB of storage and includes backups of website files and databases. One detail that deserves attention is the continued reference to PHP 7.3, which is an obsolete PHP branch in 2026. Customers planning a new WordPress installation should verify the production PHP version before deploying a live site. SSH access is handled as a separately priced annual option.

The email hosting range provides custom-domain mailboxes, aliases, forwarding, calendars, anti-spam filtering, and anti-phishing protection. Storage ranges from 10 GB through 50 GB, with an unlimited-storage package at the upper end. Additional email backup is offered for the lower service tiers.

Domain services include registration, renewal, transfer, DNS-related management, and privacy protection for eligible extensions. Promotional pricing is particularly aggressive for the first registration year, while renewal pricing returns to more conventional levels. The domain operation also supports reseller-oriented customers.

SSL certificates are supplied through GlobalSign, with personal, organization-validated, and wildcard certificate choices. Backup services use IDrive technology and support multiple devices, encrypted storage, synchronization, snapshots, versioning, and restore functionality. Malware cleanup, merchant-account assistance, and custom development broaden the service portfolio further.

The website operates in English and prices are denominated in U.S. dollars. The service remains especially relevant for customers maintaining traditional Linux hosting or older Microsoft-based websites, although several technical references are dated and should be verified when modern application compatibility is important.
