Globix Files Chapter 11, Delists from Nasdaq - 📅 - Web hosting company Globix Corporation (globix.com) said
yesterday it will file for bankruptcy and delist the company's common stock
from the Nasdaq exchange and will trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin
Board (OTCBB), starting today.
Globix said it undertook a financial restructuring of $600 million in debt,
resulting in its filing of a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy starting in
February.
After the restructuring is completed, the company plans to submit ...
