📅 December 2, 2003 - Meridian Data Systems (meridian-ds.com), an information technology consulting firm based in Oklahoma, announced yesterday that it had launced Hosts of America (hostsofamerica.com -> hostinger.com), a new Web hosting service.

The company said the new service, targeted at business resellers and Web hosting end users, is designed to be both comprehensive and user friendly.
"We are so thrilled to be able to launch this site. The team has worked diligently to create an all-inclusive, easy-to-use, secure Web site hosting service," said Sue Vanderwater, CEO of Meridian Data Systems. "Our customer service team is geared up and ready to guide users through the entire process of becoming a reseller or affiliate of Hosts of America. We have added many new features in order to brand these processes to our target market and make all the components of hosting and maintaining Web services very simple for both our resellers and end-users."
Meridian said Hosts of America will offer server colocation, dedicated servers and Web site development.
