📅 - Performance-based routing technology provider Internap Network Services Corporation (internap.com -> inap.com) announced on Wednesday that Gryphon Networks has selected Internap as its colocation provider. Under the agreement, Gryphon Networks, a provider of marketing productivity and compliance solutions, will host its compliance application at an Internap hosting facility.
"Internap's advanced data center services give us immediate access to Internap's intelligent route control technology and multiple Internet backbones - allowing us to be highly responsive to our customers' needs," says Rick Boudrieau, CTO of Gryphon Networks. "Because we offer our customers a real-time interactive service, the speed, reliability and availability of the Internap network are critical to our day-to-day business." Internap's data center facilities are located in its Private Network Access Points, which provide routing that analyzes Internet traffic situations, selecting the most optimal path for delivery of data and communications. "More and more companies are realizing that the network is as important as the application in delivering a highly reliable, high performing Web application," says Dave Abrahamson, chief marketing officer and vice president of sales for Internap.
