Jun 23, 2004 : Server Yard Launches Affiliate Program

📅 June 23, 2004 - Web hosting provider Server Yard (serveryard.com) announced on Tuesday the launch of a new affiliate program that will pay 50 percent commissions for customer referrals.

According to the company, its affiliate program is unlike most in the industry, which pay out commissions on a one-time basis when the customer is referred. Sever Yard said it is paying its affiliates every time the referred customer makes a payment for its Web hosting plan.
"Our affiliates are invaluable to our business growth. In turn we reward them with a generous payout as they contribute a lot to our business growth," says Simon Macharia, customer relations manager for Server Yard.
Server Yard also announced on Tuesday that it has deployed Netenberg's (netenberg.com) Fantastisco in its Web hosting plans. Fanstastico is an autoinstaller for cPanel servers. It allows end users to install open source scripts directly from the control panel without prior installation or programming knowledge.
