The technology reportedly enabled theOklahoma Employment Security Commission to cut four employees out of astaff of 55 and re-deploy others. Michael Evans, chief informationofficer for OESC, added that operator error was reduced and otherefficiencies were realized with the deployment of Optinuity'ssolutions.
