Feb 23, 2005 : Globat.com Upgrades Gigabyte Plan

📅 February 23, 2005 - Web hosting provider Globat.com (globat.com )announced on Tuesday that it added free SSL Web hosting, an upgradedCommand Console control panel, Web site marketing package Promo Packand Web suite building tool GloBuild to its Gigabyte Web hostingpackage. All the features will be made available to new and existingcustomers at no extra charge, the company said.

"Our goal is to bring the ability toparticipate in the world of e-commerce to everyone," says Ben R.Neumann, CEO of Globat.com. "With SSL added to our Gigabyte Package,along with our new PromoPak and website builder GloBuild, thee-commerce playing field has now opened up to everyone, for only $4.95per month."

Earlier this month, Globat.com increased the email and storage allotments for its Gigabyte hosting package, priced at $4.95 per month.
