📅 May 20, 2005 - SoftWhizo announced on Wednesday that it had released Flash-based Web hosting tutorials for its flagship hosting automation system HostingAccelerator (hostingaccelerator.com) for Windows.
The company released 47 tutorials, classified into three categories. A total of 12 tutorials are targeted at hosting system administrators, 20 at resellers and 15 for hosting end-users. "Customers always [want to know how] to use each feature effectively. They don't like to read comprehensive online manuals and complex knowledgebase questions, which are boring," says Samir Jhaveri, CEO of SoftWhizo. "And they keep on bothering the hosting companies support help desk with basic questions. This increases the support overhead." Jhaveri says the tutorials explain features in simple steps, reducing overall training costs and support overhead for hosts. The tutorials are available free at www.hostingaccelerator.com/Support/Documentation/Tutorials/Default.aspx HostingAccelerator 2.2 for Windows was released in February.

The company says it will be introduced for the UK, France, Spain, Denmark and Austria in the coming weeks.
